Furthermore, we may need to install software on the server that requires a quick reboot, resulting in a few seconds of downtime. If we guaranteed 100% uptime, we wouldn't be able to provide our clients with our affordable prices. Our policy is to be honest with our clients. To further prove this, we provide you with a status page that displays our uptime over the last several months. Please be sure to check our forums for more information on why our servers were down during that period.
